Deputy First Class Scott Dunn has been a part of the Cell Dog Program since 2010. During this time he has obtained the following certifications:

• Canine Good Citizen Evaluator certification
• Animal Behavioral College Dog Trainer certification.
• Canine Good Citizen Dog Safety Instructor course in order to safely facilitate interactions between children, often disabled or special needs, and dogs.

Deputy First Class Howard Hawkins has been a part of the Cell Dog Program since 2014. During this time he has obtained the following certifications:

• Canine Good Citizen Evaluator certification
• Animal Behavioral College Dog Trainer certification.
• Canine Good Citizen Dog Safety Instructor course in order to safely facilitate interactions between children, often disabled or special needs, and dogs.
